Product Overview
The Lemon Skunk is a cross between the Classic Skunk strain, famous for its vigor and powerful taste, and the Citral, a strain with Indian heritage that gives this cross’s taste a complexity that reminds some people of some Sativa strains with their herbal and citrusy notes, along with the power of the Indica.
The structure of the plants is pretty skunky; its vine growth will develop a lot of secondary branches with a medium to large internodal length. Normally the branches are strong enough to hold their weight, but in cases of long vegetative growth, they could need some support by the end of flowering. The plant has a beautiful darker green tone compared to most strains and will grow some rock-hard flowers covered in white resin. By the end of the cycle, the pistil will turn completely red/orange and give a very aesthetic look to the flowers.
The taste is a perfect mix of both strains. First in the mouth you will sense the strong skunky aromas that bring that sweetness and earthiness, joined by the delicacy of the Citral that brings the lemony notes to the sweetness, and on the exhale you’ll sense some very fresh herbal notes and a touch of spiciness. The effect are strong and instant; they will fill your head with that Indica buzz that makes you feel sleepy, and the whole body will relax, while the buzz will stick around for a while.
