Cannabis Seeds & UK Law

Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, it is illegal to cultivate any plant of the Cannabis genus without a licence from the Secretary of State. Offenders risk imprisonment, a fine, or both. Our seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs or for genetic preservation—please check local legality before ordering.

General Shipping

We ship worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure products comply with your local laws.

Cannabis Seeds (UK Orders Only)

• Free shipping on orders over £50
• £5 shipping for orders under £50
• Next‑day delivery available for £10

Headshop & CBD Products (UK Orders Only)

• £5 for orders under 1 kg
• £8 for orders between 1 kg and 3 kg
• £10 for orders over 3 kg
• Free shipping on orders over £100 (seed orders excluded)

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

General Returns

Please contact us for authorisation before returning any items. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Cannabis Seeds

You may exchange an unwanted item for a replacement or store credit of equal value, provided the item is still in its original breeder packaging and remains sealed. We cannot exchange or replace any item if the packet has been opened under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available.

All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your items. Any returns must be sent via recorded delivery, and the tracking number must be emailed to us at [email protected].

Headshop Products

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, if unopened and in original packaging.
• No returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

CBD Products

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, if sealed and unopened.
• No returns on opened or used CBD items.
• Report damaged or faulty products within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

You may exchange any unwanted item for a replacement or store credit of equal value, provided it is still sealed in its original packaging. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Specify which items you’d like in exchange.
• If the replacement exceeds the original value, you will be charged the difference.
• Send returns via recorded delivery and email the tracking number to [email protected].

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

6. Stealth Packaging

Choosing stealth packaging (e.g. greeting cards, sealed DVDs) may require us to remove seeds from their breeder packets to fit securely. For Secret Storage Books and Lego Friends options, we aim to keep seeds in original packaging where possible, subject to order size.

7. Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Customer data is secured and never shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

By using this site, you agree that all transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
