Our loyalty programme, Seed Chips, rewards customers with points for signing up and for each order placed. Seed Chips can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases and shipping costs.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact our customer service immediately to make any changes.
What should I do if I receive the wrong seeds?
Please contact us immediately. if you receive incorrect seeds. We will promptly send the correct seeds at no additional charge.
My order arrived but items are missing. What do I do?
If items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and ensure that the missing items are sent to you as soon as possible.
How do I use a coupon?
