When we mated our own GG4 x illustrious Banana Kush, we had great hopes for the offspring of the hybrid. It has come to light that Banana Kush and Gorilla are not simply a genetic combination that appears to be a natural fit for one another; instead, the offspring of this genetic union has far and beyond surpassed all expectations. Welcome Gorilla Banana, a delectable indica strain that we believe will garner a lot of attention from cannabis fans because she possesses so many impressive traits.
Gorilla Banana is an easy-to-grow strain that is vigorously developing and has a high percentage of indica (80%). It does well in various growing situations due to its indica genetics. Because she won’t go any taller than 90–120 centimeters if you grow her inside under a light with 600 watts, the room shouldn’t ever be an issue when working with this strain.
Gorilla Banana has a relatively quick flowering cycle of approximately 60 days, which allows it to grow up to 450g/m2 of the highest quality bud. Grow her outside in hot weather with a lot of sun, so the plant will naturally grow somewhat larger. If you do this, you can anticipate getting up to 650 grams of bud from each plant, which you can pick in October. If you live in a region with a cooler climate, such as Northern Europe, growing her in a greenhouse will allow you to achieve the best possible outcomes.
